Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/2 c. oleo
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornmeal.
    Add oleo and cream.
    Add eggs, one at a time and beat thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients to mixture and beat.
    Pour in pie shell and place in oven.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 and cook 30 minutes longer.
