No Peek Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large brisket
    1 jar Heinz chile sauce
    rye bread
    1 can beer
    1 large onion, sliced
    garlic powder
    pepper
Preparation
    Lay slices of rye bread in bottom of Dutch oven.
    Place brisket, with fat side down, on top of the bread in Dutch oven. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper on brisket.
    Throw onion slices into pan.
    Pour beer over the meat.
    Spread the chile sauce over the meat.
    Cover Dutch oven.
