Railroad Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet.
    Pour off excess fat; add the rest of ingredients.
    Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes; turn into a large, greased casserole dish (1 1/2-quart).
