Veggie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or diced cauliflowerets
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Set oven to 400\u00b0.
    In saucepan, cook broccoli or cauliflower about 5 minutes; drain. Grease one 10-inch pie plate. Mix cooked vegetables, onion, green pepper and cheese on the pie plate. Beat Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
