Amazing Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh whole milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except coconut in electric blender (can be mixed with electric mixer if you do not have blender) container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until a table knife comes out clean when inserted into middle of pie.
    Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or not.
    This pie makes its own crust.
    A great pie when you have unexpected guests.
