Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    Shake 'n Bake (1 envelope)
    margarine (squeeze Parkay)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes (medium or large).
    Cut into wedges.
    Drop into salted cold water for 1 hour.
    Drain, but do not dry.
    Put a couple of wedges in Shake 'n Bake bag.
    Repeat process until all potatoes are used.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Salt potatoes and drizzle margarine over the top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
