Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. squash
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix squash, sugar, flour, nutmeg, vanilla and lemon extract together.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add milk to squash.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or longer.
