Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    1 (11 oz.) bag Fritos
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Saute hamburger, pepper and onion together until meat is brown. Add seasonings and keep mixture warm.
    Melt cheese and Ro-Tel together.
    Keep warm.
    In individual salad bowls, layer Fritos, meat, lettuce and tomatoes.
    Cover with cheese sauce.
