Gnocchi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 c. flour
1 egg
Preparation

Beat egg before you mix in rest of ingredients.
Flour hands and separate dough into 4 sections.
Roll each section into snakes on a floured surface.
Cut 1-inch pieces out of the snakes and, with thumb, press flat.
Fast freeze (about 10 minutes) on a cookie sheet.
When hard, cook in boiling water (salted) for 5 minutes after they rise to the top of the pot.
Serve with spaghetti sauce.
