Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
chicken parts (8 thighs or legs or 4 breasts)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
Mix rice and both soups and spread into loaf pan.
Lay chicken parts on top of rice.
Mix onion soup, water and lemon juice and pour over each piece of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
