Ingredients

1 1/4 c. rice
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 c. milk
2 c. water
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine rice, sugar, 6 cups milk and water.
Bring to a boil. Cook 1 hour, covered, over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Mix together the eggs, vanilla and 2 cups milk.
Add to the heated rice mixture and heat an additional 10 minutes.
