Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 or 4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar (can decrease)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
2 c. sweet milk or 1 large evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter in a pie plate.
Beat eggs with mixer (eggs only); then mix in sugar, flour, sweet milk, vanilla and butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until middle is done.
