Lasagna Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. ground round, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs (Egg Beaters may be substituted, 2/3 c.)
    Bisquick mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease square baking dish.
    Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in dish.
    Mix cooked beef, herbs, tomato paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella; spoon evenly over top.
    Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper with a wire whisk until smooth.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
