Stuffed Hot Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. hot shortening
3 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. (8) hot dogs
Preparation

Combine onion, carrots and hot shortening together; cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Add bread cubes, milk, salt, sage and pepper; mix well.
