Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked crab meat
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 1/2 c. bread crumbs (reserve 1/2 c. for top)
    1 pt. half and half
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt (as desired)
Preparation
    Blend half and half and mayonnaise.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Cover with 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes.
