Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can salmon or approximately 13 oz. cooked/prepared mashed salmon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 beaten egg yolks
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk, hot
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in a greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
