Cheese And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 can pimento, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
    dash of garlic salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or processed American cheese
    1 c. drained, cooked vegetables (such as carrots, peas, cauliflower, string beans and leftovers)
Preparation
    Heat milk; pour over bread crumbs.
    Add pimento, parsley, onion, grated cheese and seasonings, then add eggs.
    Put the vegetables in a greased or oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole; pour milk and cheese mixture over them.
    Set in pan of warm water.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until firm.
    Serves 6.
