Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place rice on bottom of casserole dish. Place uncooked chicken on top of rice. Pour onion soup mix over chicken. Mix milk, soup and 1 soup can of water together. Pour over top of all. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours.
