Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 lb. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except round steak, in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
    Pound steak (break tissues).
    Cut into serving pieces.
    Put in a large pan.
    Pour barbecued sauce over meat.
    Cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until fork-tender.
