Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    minced garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients as you would for meat loaf.
    Form into small balls; brown in frying pan. Drain grease and place meat balls in a baking dish. Cover with jar of spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
