Crescent Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, 1 separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay out 1 package of rolls in bottom of pan.
    Pinch seams together.
    Mix cream cheese, 1 egg and 1 yolk, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Spoon over rolls.
    Take other package of rolls and spread on top.
    (I lay rolls out on waxed paper first so I can push out to right size.)
    Brush slightly whipped egg white on top.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Chill.
    Great for breakfast or as dessert.
