Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil or melted shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease (12) muffin tin. Beat egg, then stir in milk and oil. Blend dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients, stirring until moist. Add berries and fold in. Fill tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
