Cherried Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients and 1 cup water in heavy 4-quart pan. Bring to boil over medium heat.
Cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Do not uncover during cooking or cooling.
Store in jars in refrigerator.
