Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Thaw and drain spinach; set aside.
Saute onion and garlic in butter.
Add mushroom soup, salt, pepper, mushrooms, spinach and eggs.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
