Newport Seafood Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chopped chives
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel brand sharp natural Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. cod or haddock
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. (3 c.) frozen shrimp, cooked
    1 (5 oz.) can lobster, drained and cubed
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted.
    Cook fish; skin, bone and cut in pieces.
    Add fish, shrimp, lobster and sherry to sauce.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Toss crumbs with margarine; sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
