Molded White Bean Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans white kidney beans, rinsed and drained thoroughly
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. Hungarian paprika
    1/2 tsp. tamari soy sauce
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place drained kidney beans in a medium bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork.
    Saute garlic in olive oil until lightly golden, about 30 seconds.
    Do not let it brown.
    Mix the garlic and the beans and all other ingredients except 1 tablespoon parsley.
