Aunt Lena'S Chocolate Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. hot water
    3/4 c. Carnation milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix cocoa, sugar and salt.
    Add hot water first before cream; cook for 10 minutes at boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla; beat with mixer until cool.
