Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    3 c. chopped cabbage
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pack into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour 1/2 cup of water over top.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
