Hot Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; beat in sugar.
    Beat in flour.
    Melt butter in milk and pour over dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in 10-inch square pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    May frost or serve plain with fruit, such as strawberries.
