Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated)
    1/2 c. ReaLime juice from concentrate
    yellow food color (if desired)
    whipped cream or whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand, ReaLime and food coloring (if desired).
    Pour into prepared pastry shell.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Cool; chill. Top with whipped cream.
    Garnish as desired.
    (Refrigerate leftovers.)
