Fudge Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick oleo
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Put flour, sugar and salt in large bowl, set aside.
Bring to a boil oleo, water, oil and cocoa, pour over flour mixture and stir until well mixed.
In a small bowl beat the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla.
Stir into mixture and beat well.
Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch) and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
