Hot Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. Hunts whole tomatoes, undrained
6 jalapenos (seeds included)
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. oil
salt to taste
Preparation

Place tomatoes with juice in bowl, mash tomatoes to desired consistency.
Place jalapenos, onion and garlic in food processor and chop.
In skillet, over low heat, place vinegar, oil and jalapeno mixture until warm to touch (do not boil).
Sprinkle with salt several times.
Add tomatoes, stir well.
Place in jars and refrigerate.
