Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. steak
1 c. tomato bisque (soup)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Brown the steak.
Mix the remaining ingredients and put on top of the steak.
Bake.
