Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
any flavor pie filling

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Spread 1/2 batter into bottom of 9 x 13 greased baking pan. Spoon pie filling over batter. Drizzle remaining batter over pie filling. Before baking, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, mixed together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
