Ingredients

1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 large baking apples, cored
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Peel off a strip around top of apples.
Place apples in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; fill centers with nut mixture.
Microcook, covered, until tender, 5 to 6 minutes; give dish a half turn twice.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
