Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini, remove seeds
3 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream shortening, butter, sugar and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a loaf pan, greased and lightly floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
