Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 cut up fryer or 4 breasts
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Add chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours. Turn at least once in marinade.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Baste with pan juices and serve over rice.
