Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. strawberries
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 (8 or 9-inch) pie crust, baked
Preparation

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, jello, lemon juice and water. Cook until it becomes thick, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool.
Put berries in pie shell; pour thickened mixture on top. Chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve with whipped topping; garnish with halves or whole berries.
