Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 can mushrooms (4 oz.), drained
    1 c. water, hot
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown chops.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    In buttered, oblong baking dish, arrange chops, potatoes and mushrooms on top.
    In a small bowl, combine water and soup mix.
    Pour over other ingredients in baking dish.
