Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. salad oil
16 oz. ground turkey
1 large onion, diced
1 small garlic clove, minced
4 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
15 1/4 oz. can red kidney beans
Preparation

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook turkey, onion and garlic until all pan juices evaporate and turkey is well browned, stirring frequently.
Stir in chili powder and cook 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, water, salt, sugar and crushed red pepper.
Over high heat, heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Gently stir in kidney beans and heat through.
