Margaret'S Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, lightly mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 (4 ounces) tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining tomato sauce with rest of the ingredients.
    Pour over loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Baste loaf several times.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
