Margaret'S Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    graham crackers (nearly a box)
    2 small pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix pudding, Cool Whip and milk.
    Layer 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers, then with pudding mixture; alternate twice, ending with crackers.
    Pour chocolate sauce over all.
    Refrigerate.
