Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury Plus)
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan with butter (very heavily). Sprinkle pecans and coconut in pan.
Mix cake mix as usual.
Add sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla to cake mix.
Mix and pour in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool.
