Fresh Vegetable Marinate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks broccoli
    8 large mushrooms, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 cauliflower
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Remove flowerets from broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces. Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Combine broccoli and cauliflower with mushrooms, pepper and celery.
    Toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables. Chill and serve.
