Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3/4 c. oil
    4 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
    4 c. flour
    5 c. flour (more if needed)
    4 tsp. salt
    8 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, oil and room temperature buttermilk.
    Stir together well (be sure oil is well blended when adding flour).
    Add 4 cups flour and mix well.
    Then add 5 cups flour (more if needed), salt, baking powder and soda; mix well.
    Dough is ready to bake.
    Seal mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate!
