Peach Crumble Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. sliced juicy peaches (about 1 1/2 lb.)
3/4 c. sugar
1/16 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Line pie shell with plain pastry.
Trim; let rest 10 minutes, then flute edge.
Do not prick.
Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
Add butter and work with fingertips until crumbly.
Add 1/2 of this mixture to the peaches.
Mix lightly and turn into pie shell.
Sprinkle the rest of the crumbly mixture over top of peaches.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until peaches are cooked.
Cool 2 or 3 hours on rack before cutting.
Serves 5.
