Banquet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 small carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw frozen hash browns until they can be broken apart and stirred.
    Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 12.
    May be made in advance and refrigerated until time to bake.
