Baked Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. thawed hash browns
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of celery or cream of potato soup
2 c. grated American or Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup oleo, salt, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend well.
Pour over hash browns and mix.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 1/4 cup oleo and cornflakes and pour over potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
