Ham Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fully cooked ham slice or 1 lb. ham
    5 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut ham in bite-size pieces.
    Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with ham pieces.
    Place remaining potatoes on top.
    Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper and pepper; pour over potatoes.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; remove cover and bake 45 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
    Makes 6 servings.
