Chicken Broccoli Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Lightly grease crepe pan or 7 or 8-inch skillet and place over medium-high heat.
    Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into pan.
    Tilt pan to spread batter evenly. When crepe is light brown and set, turn to brown other side. Remove and repeat to make 12 crepes.
